RPTU Kaiserslautern - Landau

RPTU has built up excellent expertise in the field of quantum technologies, which form a key pillar within the OPTIMAS state research center. The outstanding research infrastructure, such as the new Laboratory for Advanced Spin Engineering (LASE) and the Rymax-One quantum computer demonstrator, provide excellent conditions for cutting-edge research at RPTU. The successes in quantum technology have also enabled the establishment of two degree courses in the field of quantum technology, which expand the existing range of courses with an international Erasmus Mundus degree course “QuanTEEM: Erasmus Mundus Master in Quantum Technologies and Engineering” and a part-time Master’s degree course “Quantum Technologies”.
The quantum initiative QUIP is coordinated at RPTU.
